This is Us! (Genesis) Abraham Genesis 12 

Much of the book of Genesis is focused on a family, and families can be messy. To its credit, the Bible does not sanitize the characters we will encounter into role models of perfection; rather there is an authentic ring to them because they were imperfect as we are. And if they were imperfect people that God used to impact the world, could God not also intend to affect the world through us. We begin the Abraham, patriarch of the Jewish people. As in his time, our world is still a place where some live at risk of being victimized and exploited. What can we do about it?
